This is a form which is sent to the PSNI requesting a written statement of any data held by them in relation to the applicant. This written statement must then be given to the club committee member along with the club membership application before grant of a membership can be considered.
This is the main form required for application for grant, further grant or renewal of a firearms certificate.
This is the form which must accompany a firearms application form when applying for firearms to shoot over lands or as part of a clay pigeon club.
This is the form which must accompany a firearms application form when applying for firearms for use in target shooting clubs.
This is a reference form which must be submitted along with the application form for the grant of a new firearms certificate. It is not required for variations of an existing certificate.
This is a copy of the guidance notes for completion of all F.A.C. applications. A F.A.C. application pack is available from the club.
This form is for applying for black powder or nitro powder and primers for reloading ammunition.
